Advanced fibre technology.
The fibre is why the primer holds. Fine fibres carried in the binder key into the pores of plaster and concrete, so Super Seal anchors into the surface rather than forming a skin over it. That is where the superior adhesion and penetration come from — and every coat above it inherits that grip.
Fine particle sizing and a high-performance penetrating binder do the rest: arresting efflorescence in concrete, holding out alkali and damp, and lifting topcoat coverage by 15–20%.

Super Seal is used two different ways and they consume very different amounts, so pick the system first. Both are worked out from the coverage figures for each system.
