This policy explains what Turbolux Paints collects when you use turboluxpaints.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form. There is no account to create and nothing to buy on this site.
Enquiry form
Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the product or surface you are asking about, and your message.
Warranty registration
Your name, phone number, email address, the site address including town, PIN code and district, the product, shade, pack size and quantity, purchase date, invoice and batch numbers, the dealer you bought from, details of the surface and area painted, the painter's name if you give it, and any photographs or documents you attach.
Career applications
Your name, phone number, email address, district, the role and experience you select, your CV if you attach one, and anything you write in the message box.
Server logs
Like any website, our server records the IP address, browser and page requested for each visit. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. We run no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies and no social media pixels. Our security and content delivery provider may set a short-lived technical cookie to tell genuine visitors from automated traffic; that cookie carries no profile of you and is not used for advertising.
Who else sees your data
Form submissions are delivered to Turbolux staff and stored on our own hosting. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
Three service providers necessarily handle data in the course of running the site:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and the submissions it receives.
- Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site for security and speed and therefore processes the traffic passing through it.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on these pages. Loading a font means your IP address reaches Google's servers. If you would rather that did not happen, most browsers allow you to block remote fonts.
Links to our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X and WhatsApp pages are ordinary links. Nothing is shared with those companies unless you click through.
Why we use it and how long we keep it
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, register and honour a warranty, or consider your job application. We keep enquiry and warranty records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, and application records for as long as the role remains relevant. If you would like your record removed sooner, ask us.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to erase it, and withdraw consent you have previously given. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact us at [email protected] or +91 90728 26662 and we will look into it. If we cannot resolve it, you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners, painters and trade customers. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it.
